      Start by contacting us to confirm availability for your event date. You can do this by filling out the Custom Order Form.

   2. Choose your pricing tier
      Select from our three hand-decorated tiers (Simple, Medium, or High Intricacy), depending on your desired level of detail, colours, and design complexity. Full details and pricing for each tier are clearly outlined on the Pricing page.

   3. Share your event details
      Provide key information such as:

      • Event date

      • Quantity required

      • Theme, colour palette, and any inspiration images

      • Preferred cookie shapes and sizes

   4. Design review & final pricing
      Once your request is reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your design fits the selected tier and provide final pricing based on your specific requirements.

   5. Confirm & pay
      After approving the quote, full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

   6. Collection or postage
      Cookies can be collected on the agreed date or posted (where applicable). If postage is selected, a tracking number will be provided.

   7. Enjoy!
