We want you to be confident of your purchase and gladly answer any of your questions. Check out our list of most commonly asked questions, and if yours isn’t among them, feel free to  email us at any time.

Do you have stock cookies or are all of them customized?
There are always a few sets available for immediate purchase for those last minute orders. All other cookies are made to order according to the customer’s specifications. You choose the color, shape, design, optional text, or simply give us a picture/sample to replicate, and we create the precise cookie for you. Custom shapes are available.

Which flavors do the cookies come in?
At the moment we offer Vanilla and Strawberry flavours. But we are preparing the recipe for Chocolate flavour too, stay tuned!

Any particular dietary guidelines?
We pride ourselves on using premium quality ingredients. 

How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Generally, we require five to seven business days to bake the cookies from our collection or for custom orders. During the busy holiday months, the notice needs to be longer, being at least two-three weeks. December is fully dedicated to Christmas and no custom orders are taken.

In case the order is required urgently, the rush fee of 15% will apply. Corporate orders require at least 7-10 business days notice.

How long after purchase can I expect the cookies to remain fresh?
Our cookies have a shelf life of three weeks, as long as they’re stored at room temperature either in their original packaging or in an airtight container. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 8 cookies per design (standard size). 

Do your cookies come in different sizes?
Yes! The standard size is approximately 3.5-4.5 inches (depending on the shape). Smaller sizes are available, depending on the design required. Printed cookies are available in 4 sizes. 

I’m a professional event planner. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have special policies for wholesale, large-volume customers. Contact us for details. Please note, that large orders require more notice time, at least 10 business days, but preferably a few weeks.

Tell me about your packaging.
Our cookies are all individually wrapped. Each cookie comes in its own clear cellophane bag, which is sealed for freshness. If you require a extra touch, i.e. a ribbon, this can be made available for an extra cost. 

What’s your shipping policy?
For Dublin city orders there are three methods: local pick up in D1, postage with AnPost Standard with 1-3 business days delivery (for orders up to €100.00), and GLS couriers with the next business day delivery. Please note, neither GLS, nor AnPost deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. The rest of Ireland (including The North) can avail of AnPost (up to €100.00) or GLS postage.

What is your cancellation policy?

The process of making your custom edible work of art starts at least 5 days in advance. We are in high demand, and reserve your spot in our schedule as we sell out weeks in advance. It is for these reasons your custom cookies order is unable to be canceled or rescheduled within 3 days of its due date. Cancellation between 3 and 5 days of its due date will be refunded at the 50% rate.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) and Paypal. We only operate on full upfront payment. 

Are you a registered business?
Yes, we are fully registered and inspected by all required authorities, including HSE. The HSE premises reference number is 100434. 

What are the allergens?
The allergens are Gluten (wheat flour), Dairy (butter), and Eggs (egg whites). We work in a nut-free kitchen!
